The new windows will replace existing vinyl and aluminum replacement windows, deteriorating vinyl, wood jamb and brick mold.
Simulated double hung tile & turn windows are similar to historic configuration, details, materials and finish specified in the LPC guidelines. They appear identical to traditional double-hung windows installed historically in the New York City row house districts.
Each piece contains a triple glazed pane filled with Argon or Krypton gas and FSC certified iroko hardwood. Klearwall products are Passive House Institute certified.
